Kowloon was first built to be a military base and holds high historical significance. So, going to Hong Kong and immersing yourself in Kowloon’s history is definitely a must-do. Kowloon was also a hub for small businesses. In 1987, it was demolished and later turned to an old remnant of the past. Tin Hau is Goddess of the Sea worshipped by fishermen and other individuals whose life is connected to the sea. The Tin Hau Temple in Lam Tsuen was built during the time of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing dynasty. Hong Kong Global GeoPark

Definitely a must-see for every visitor in Hong Kong, this Global GeoPark will put you in awe with it rock formation of up to 400 metres thick. A fascinating landscape, this park is also a jump off point to one of Hong Kong’s most beautiful beaches, Long Ke.
